Expensive even with the Groupon applied!

So disappointed, fun idea but made very poorly - so bad I had to throw them away. Big gap between the ziipper and fabric. Groupon did credit me back.

I enjoyed designing and personalizing each item - you can see the preview before confirming and there are lots of colours and patterns to choose from. I bought these as stocking stuffers for the kids and Grandma - all were well received. They are perfect for holding change and gift cards. Delivery time was very good and items were well packaged.

Many times Paper Concierge can get the order correct, but when they don't be prepared to pull your hair out. They are horrible at customer service. I had two separate issues. 1. They sent me someone else's order and it took more than two months to receive the order I placed. 2. I had placed two orders on the same day and one was received by me and the other is being directly shipped to another person. This order has not arrived to date. If they never ship it, do they think they can pocket my investment and I won't know? They no longer answer the phone and do not respond to e-mails when they say that they will. I am frustrated with their lack of customer service and taking care of the problems on their end. It's a shame that they will not hold themselves accountable. I'll look for another stationery provider.

I have loved everything I’ve ever purchased. The only negative wud be the website when placing the order. Where u customize ur order. I get through it but it’s frustrating.
