About Paradigm Consulting

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I use an ontological approach, which is quite different from a traditional facilitative method of coaching. Instead of focusing on the "problem" itself that you are experiencing, I help you get at the source of that problem and the context.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have always wanted to help people, to push them, and watch them fall in love with themselves. After working with an ontological coach myself and seeing how dramatically my life turned around, I wanted the opportunity to give others access to that level of transformation.

What do you love most about your job?
I love people. I love how every single person on this planet is a unique individual with their own hopes, dreams, and challenges. Coaching someone on their deepest fears, and their deepest love is a privilege.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I had a past client show appreciation for me taking on her process with her. I strive to practice what I preach, and always aim to walk the path alongside my client, rather than leading the way. She called it a co-creative process, which is what I have always been striving for in my business.
