I asked for a chocolate brown color to touch up my roots. I ended up with orange highlights and was told I owed over $300. The owner didn't take the time to acknowledge my Groupon or let the stylist know so she did more work than i asked for. When I booked, they told me they no longer accepted Groupon. I had to push back as my Groupon did not expure until July. They finally conceded.
