I want to purchace a keratin package, but I have a couple of questions. I will be going on a cruise soon after I get the keratin treatment done, will the salt water take any affect on what the keratin does to my hair? And also, I need my hair colored. Should be hair be colored before or after a keratin treatment? I'm not sure if I will get the color on the same day as the leratin treatment. Thank you.

Hey Lauren! Thanks for your interest!! Here's your answers: 1. You can get your hair wet with regular OR salt water, BUT YOU MUST WAIT 48 HOURS AFTER YOUR KERATIN TREATMENT to do so 2. You can get color the same day if you would like, but you have to get it BEFORE your keratin treatment. If you get your treatment first, then you MUST WAIT TWO (2) WEEKS TO GET COLOR. I hope this clears things up for you, and we look forward to meeting you!! :-)

If you are an existing customer, are you eligible for thi Groupon?

JCEdwards  asked on  Jan 21, 2013

Hello JC! Thank you for your interest!! As the "The Fine Print" states with this Groupon deal "Valid for new clients; existing clients may purchase for services not services not previously received." What this means is that if you an existing client of Paragon and have "not" had one of these services then you can buy it and use it. If you are looking to do a Keratin treatment and have had this service performed in the salon before you can call the salon and ask for myself, "Joseph" the owner and I can offer you a special rate to see me for this service.
