We used them from June 29th until July 4th 2021. It was a great experience. we arrived, made a phone call, the car jockey comes out, gets into your vehicle and drives you to the airport so unlike other parking type of vendors you don't have to take out your luggage an extra time or anything so it stays in your vehicle. You get to the airport...they drive you right to the departures and the gentleman actually helps you out with the bags for us. In our case, both on the departure and arrival. When you have collected your bags on the arrival you give them a call to let them know that you're at the airport and then once you get upstairs at the door then you give them a call and they come straight to the door number that you're at. It was a very good experience and like I said it saves you extra loading and unloading relative to the other park n fly type of services. It's much safer during covid as you never have to get into a little shuttle bus with other passengers.
