The beginners workshop meets on Saturday and lasts for three consecutive weeks. It includes one Hatha basic class for students to practice their new skills and class must be used within two months of activation.
Park Slope Yoga Center
At Park Slope Yoga Center, the Hatha inspired Basic Vinyasa and Strong Vinyasa styles of yoga take center studio in more than 50 classes per week. Hatha inspired Basic Vinyasa focuses on a calm, meditative yoga, stretching muscles slowly while dissolving stress and focusing on stillness of mind. Strong Vinyasa, on the other hand, links movements with the practitioners' inhalations and exhalations in order to flow through its various positions and increase strength and stamina.
