Q:

How does the one month of unlimited parking work? Is it a calendar month? Or 30 days from the first time you use it?

Marc A.  asked on  Mar 28, 2013

A:

You will choose a start date for your access card and it will then be 30 days from that date. Keep in mind it does take 3-5 business days to get your access card mailed to you.

Q:

2 questions: Will these be valid when there are events (sporting games/concerts/etc) going on in the area. The ramps won't be closed down or increased in price if we were to use them on those dates would they? Secondly, it says it is a first come first serve basis. Do we know how many parking spaces there are at each and/or the likelihood of them being full. I don't live in the area and am not familiar with the ramps but would like to use them to attend games and such. I just would hate to purchase this, go there to use it and be rejected. Thank you.

A:

The daily passes are not valid for event parking since they are so deeply discounted. They are more so intended for daily business parking. Though if there is a group of events that you are looking at and they are within a thirty-day period, you could purchase the monthly pass for a specific ramp.

Q:

Do the individual parking passes expire on September 30, 2013 or does one just need to redeem the deal by September 30?

Dana G.  asked on  Mar 26, 2013

A:

Hi Dana! You just need to redeem your Groupon by September 30th, but you can set up any start date that you would like.

Kari S.  from  Self  replied on  Mar 26, 2013

A:

Quick Clarification - With the individual day passes, you must redeem the Groupon by 9/30/13 - the passes will continue to provide a discounted rate if used on or before 10/31/13. After 10/31/13 the promotional value expires and the passes are worth what you paid for them.

Ashish J.  asked on  Mar 26, 2013

A:

Hi Ashish! You will not need to pay the $25 activation fee. The single use passes don't require activation.
