Q:

Tickets on the website for this show have two different ticket types, general admission $25 and semi important person $45. Are the groupon tickets seated in the semi important person area? I see that the groupon tickets come with a koozie and sunglasses instead of the collectible lanyard, and captains hat for semi important. Or is does the groupon have a different seating area altogether?

A:

This is a special Groupon deal called the Anchor Experience. This is NOT the SIP Experience. The main difference is the SIP Experience includes an air-conditioned tent area, the captains hat, and lanyard. The Groupon Anchor Experience includes shaded ares in August heat, a coozie to keep your beverages chilled, and sunglasses so you can look like you are sailing away.

Q:

I am confused what this deal is actually for. If you go to the band's website, tickets for general admission to this event are $25 and tickets for "semi-important persons" are $45. The "semi-important persons includes access to exclusive bar, air-conditioned tent, seating area, collectible lanyard, and captains hat. This offer says something different. Please clarify what this ticket is for. Also, I don't see where this was originally a $60 value.

Q:

What is the difference between the "anchor experience" seats and the general admission seats?

Sherry F.  asked on  Aug 6, 2012

A:

This is a festival and not a seated concert. General admission may stand or sit in General Admission areas like the hill, by the stage, etc... The Anchor Experience has a separate area that will include shade some seating, and goodies like sunglasses, coozies to keep your drinks chilled and a separate entrance and restrooms general admission ticket buyers will not not have access to.
