This should be a zero star. I booked my appointment and we kept having to reschedule only for me to get there finally today on the 3rd attempt and I'm told she's no longer at the location and people have been coming from Groupon. The other weird part is that even though I never met her. My coupon shows used. Didn't realize the coupon could be flagged used without the buyer being physically present
