Q:

It says parents and kids under one are free with paid admission. Is this groupon promo considered paid admission? Meaning if I take 4 kids with me on the groupon $18, My husband and my admission are free? Can you confirm? Thanks

GAIL T.  asked on  Jan 16, 2013

A:

That is correct. The four children (ages 1-16) would be considered in the promotion. Parents and children under 1 are free.

Q:

On the company website under the "open play" tab, it shows the video arcade as being included. I am sure the ticket games cost tokens, but are the regular games included or do you have to pay for those as well? Do you offer any types of token packages?

S. H.  asked on  Jan 15, 2013

A:

All games in the video arcade require tokens to play. However, the bounce houses, go karts, rock climbing wall, dance floor, and toddler area are all included with Open Play Admission. Each token is worth one quarter. If you are planning a party with Party Fantasy, we offer 5 tokens per dollar if purchased at least 4 days prior to the event.

Q:

Besides a height limit is there an age limit for the go karts? Are the go kart rides only at certain times or certain days?

Louise O.  asked on  Jan 13, 2013

A:

There are minimum age, weight and height requirements for some attractions. On the Go-Karts a child must be at least 48 inches or eight-years-old to ride alone. Otherwise, he/she can be accompanied by a parent/guardian.The rock climbing wall has safety harnesses for children of all ages and sizes so most children will be able to climb. One bounce house is reserved for those five-years of age and under. Please check with Party Fantasy staff if you have any other questions about a particular attraction.
