Chez is an awesome trainer. He converted the whole training regimen to simple science. In my first week, we assessed my BMR - Base Metabolic Rate using an instrument Chez has. It helped me understand how many calories I burn in a day just by sitting idle. He came up with a diet chart for me. He customized my exercise and slowly pushed me harder. I lost 12lbs in 8 weeks and gained lean muscle.

Chez is a great trainer and he cares about your goals. His regime incorporates a great blend of endurance as well as strength training. He keeps the training going even after the sessions by giving you “homework”. He carefully monitors your form and provides valuable feedback to ensure you’re on track. Would highly recommend and would definitely hire him!

Chez Cabrera started his career in personal training almost 20 years ago. He started at a large fitness company as a trainer and Fitness Manager. Four years later he opened his first personal training studio and gym. He has experience with every kind of fitness goal including: weight loss, muscle gain, sport performance, athletic conditioning, and Male and Female models. He has experience with rehabilitation after back surgery, knee surgery, hip replacement, broken bones and muscle tears and has worked with a wide variety of ages 6-96. If your an everyday gym enthusiast or its your first time at the gym, he will have an individual program that is just right for you!
