This was disappointing. I have had life long skin troubles and the thought of getting a test done that really could help me learn what makes my skin tick and break out was so exciting. That is not at all what you will receive. It will tell you how likely you are to get wrinkles, and how likely you are to have sun spots. Things that can be known by looking at your own complexion. There are pages of scientific findings which unless you're a doctor you most likely will find difficult to understand as I did. This is an expensive test and for me told me absolutely nothing about my skin or how I could make it better. Maybe try another DNA test they provide?

Hi Eva, thanks so much for your feedback. We are sorry that your Skin iQ report was not what you were expecting. Our Skin iQ test provides genetic predisposition for 13 skin conditions (including skin photoaging, moisture/hydration, nutritional needs, texture/elasticity, inflammation and many others), along with personalized recommendations for treating these conditions based on your genetic profile. Rosacea and psoriasis, however, are not among the conditions covered. We invite you to speak with our head of dermatology (phone number is on your Skin iQ report) so we can help you better understand your Skin iQ report, provide you with insights on how your genetic predispositions may factor into creating a better skincare routine, and let you know about other skin tests we provide. Sincerely, The Pathway Team
