I was greeted with a smile by Patients Medical Group staff. They treated me with respect and I didn't have to wait long to receive my service.

The staff was great, the facility was nice, clean however the Groupon I purchased apparently wasn't going to do anything without the upgrade they try to upsell you on your first visit. It's not cheap and I was a little disappointed that they basically told me the service I paid for again wouldn't make any difference without the upsell product. I went to 2 of my 6 appointments as I felt it was a waste of time since I wasn't going to spend the additional hundreds of dollars.

I was very pleased with my experience at Patients Choice Medical Group. Like so many other businesses they were going through a transitional process and were very effective and professional during the process. I appreciated the staff for walking me through the steps and that personal level of understanding and confidentiality was paramount.

I had such a wonderful experience here and the staff we're so lovely. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The best part was you could see immediate results which I hadn't expected. I so was impressed that I upgraded my package. I would highly recommend using them.

Loved the entire experience. I arrived on time and sat for a few minutes to fill out paperwork. After the paperwork I was taken into the room right away. The procedure was throughly explained to me. Questions I asked were answered by the physician who went over my paperwork assuring I was a viable candidate. The staff is friendly and well informed. Looking forward to my next appointment

Brenda was great! She explained the entire process step by step. Didn't quite see a difference, but hopefully I will after the 4th appointment.
