Once again, Paul did an amazing job cleaning my carpets for a very reasonable price. It had been 3 years so they were quite dirty, but Paul has them looking like new again, and all stains came up, including pink nail polish! The only downside is he is available 4pm onward, which means damp carpets overnight.

Overall good job for what you pay for.
On time and came prepared with equipment.
Friendly and polite
They fail to mention they need access to water and places to dump dirty water, so don’t block it off with all the items you move.
Also asked about stairs on the phone but found out it costs $3/stair once they arrived. Not a big deal as I don’t need them done. Landings as well are not included

It was a little tough to get ahold of the company but once I did I was able to get an appointment a few days after. They did a very thorough job and I was very pleased with the way my carpets turned out!!
