Music was blasting from the lobby, I wasn't even greeted when I arrived for about 5 minutes, they told me they were out of their paperwork and it would be tomorrow until they had more copies. I waited in the massage room that was haphazardly set up for another 10+ min, then I heard her answer the phone for the receptionist. Lastly, she cut my massage short by 35 minutes. Worst experience.
