Pauline’s Italian Cuisine
A pastoral mural of the Italian countryside lets diners at Pauline’s Italian Cuisine know that this is a restaurant that values tradition. The menu features classic Italian fare, from veal marsala to salmon milanese, as well as a selection of Pauline’s family’s favorite pastas. The kitchen also offers special menus, such as the Friday seafood extravaganza, which helps to explain the weekly influx of dolphins to New Jersey.
Great place to go. I highly recommend going there. Menu is wonderful with lots of choices. Only down fall is there is always a long wait. Best to go early in the evening or maybe later in the night. Even with this down fall this restaurant is tops on my list.

Food is incredible - we had not been there in a long time and this made us realize that Pauline's should be a regular stop for dining out. Service is friendly, prompt and efficient. Family atmosphere makes it an enjoyable place to have a meal. My wife had Penne ala Vodka with shrimp and i had chicken parm, both were excellent. Appetizers were hot when brought to the table and salad was fresh. Marinara sauce was excellent.
