Over the years, we've used several carpet cleaning services, including Zerorez, Stanley Steamer, and many others. Pauly's tops them all!! He did a great job, did a good job of letting us know when he'd get here (and was right on time), was very pleasant and fantastic to deal with. we especially appreciated his not trying to "upsell" us. We will definitely be using Pauly again.
