Starting December 15th, Groupon will collect promotional adjustments twice per month, on the 1st and 15th. Any promotional adjustments created on the 1st will be for transactions from the 15th to the end of the previous month and adjustments collected on the 15th will be for transactions from the 1st to the 14th of the current month.
