About Peacestill
Barbara is a yoga instructor and guided meditation specialist. She has also completed the Connection Coalition's certification training in Trauma Informed Outreach Yoga. Barbara encourages others to commit to a regular nurturing practice that moves them closer to a cherished vision of both the inner self and outer circumstances. Barbara, founder of Peacestill, is certified by the Trauma Resource Institute as a Community Resiliency Model teacher and has completed Shambhala training Levels I and II, as well as Cognitively Based Compassion Training. She is co-author of the eBook When Crisis Feels Personal: How to Respond with Mindfulness and Kindness.
