About A Chat with Peak to Peak Martial Arts
1. What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Peak to Peak Martial Arts teaches Ed Parker’s American Kenpo Karate to students from all walks of life. Ours is a culture respective of self-defense, as opposed to sport, and it is facilitative for learning via family classes, youth classes, tiny tigers or adult classes.
2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The Best family has always been passionate about giving back to the art of Kenpo in some form or fashion for the past 20 years; however, our latest inspirations have resulted in starting the Fort Collins, CO club, and more recently, the commercial studio in Loveland, CO.
3. What do you love most about your job? Being in the service of others in such a way that everyone involved enjoys growth as whole. That is what I love the most.
4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? Well, there is more than just one, the best experience is when a student emotionally responds to work well done, or curriculum well understood. That being said, receiving a higher rank is wonderful, but it doesn’t get any better than when a student makes solid connections between the teaching applications, and the actual ability to execute on them.
