The Peak12 Challenge grants customers with daily or weekly emails containing workouts and nutritional guidance tailored to their individual goals and fitness level. As they complete each workout and follow the nutritional guidelines, participants report on their progress via an accountability worksheet they send to their trainer, who uses the information to personalize customers’ future workouts.

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Through encouragement and constant motivation we give clients the ability to continue their training. We challenge clients with exercises that are tough but doable and show the respective client that they can do these workouts.
Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain”? Why or why not?
Not at all. When a client experiences pain or excessive problems with the exercise, cessation of the activity is required.
Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy?
Peak12Sports is devoted to hard work and scientific design workouts. We focus on developing strength, speed, and power as our emphasis. Working out should be fun but hard.
