When Lee Zalben started Peanut Butter & Co., he had no idea he would change the face of an industry. Using only USA-grown peanuts from sustainable peanut farms, Lee began creating gourmet peanut butter for the unique sandwiches sold at his Greenwich Village shop, but it soon became clear that the demand for quality peanut butter justified a much larger operation.
