Will one treatment make a difference in the brightness of my teeth? Will I have to return to keep the brightness at its current level or will proper dental care keep it close? I have a few crowns and fillings, will this be a factor?

One treatment will brighten your teeth 2-8 shades whiter, as far as maintaining that level of whiteness, it will depend on how you stain your teeth re: drinking coffee, tea etc. or eating staining foods such as beets. Generally as rule of thumb most peoples results will last as much as 6 months before they start to notice staining again. This of course all depends on how stained your teeth are to begin with. As far as crowns and fillings are concerned, the dentist will have tried to match to color of your fillings to the color of your teeth at the time of having it done, any suface staining on the crown or filling can be removed but it will never get whiter than the original color. That being said it is not damaging or dangerous for the filling or crown. I hope this answers your questions please feel free to ask if you would like to know anything further.
