The food was ok. For vegan food in SF there are many other places I’d go to but that being said the live show was amazing!

About Peña Pachamama

Peña Pachamama, is a San Francisco Legacy Business, a venue known for its unique performing space in the tradition of a South American 'peña'—which literally means 'a circle of people coming together'. Peña Pachamama is situated in a landmark location within San Francisco’s old Latin Quarter, later the Italian neighborhood, nestled between Chinatown, Fisherman’s Wharf, and endless late-night cafes. It was built in 1911 and by 1918 it housed one of San Francisco’s most notorious Speakeasies and later a beloved Italian eatery, Amelio’s, one of the most famous in the City. Joe DiMaggio and Marilyn Monroe had their wedding dinner here and the Kennedys, Babe Ruth, Rocky Marciano, Dean Martin, Gary Cooper were frequent guests. Clark Gable and Carole Lombard rendezvoused in the upstairs dining room. Peña Pachamama is an artists-owned, intimate performance space and beloved home of culture and community for generations.
