My experience was unbelievable, it was the best I felt when I left in over a week. After my assessment was completed, each treatment was explained in detail; what was to take place and how it would most likely affect me afterwards. When everything was completed, I was told what to do and what to expect over the next few days. Thank you!

I brought in a copy of my MRI, so Dr Cook would know what he's dealing with. With my consent and while present, he spent significant time reviewing my films and calling the MRI center to follow up on obtaining a report. Then he swapped out my Groupon for a different service that he felt was more appropriate for my situation. I felt cared about. He definately went the EXTRA MILE. He was professional and didn't rush my appointment. I'm going back today and asking him to read my MRI report in Layman's Terms, so I can make some decisions about next steps. Highly impressed!

Dr. Cook was amazing! I love how he explained in detail everything he'd be doing in the session and how he also explained why my back felt the way that it did. The way my back and shoulders felt after leaving his office was absolutely heavenly. I felt so light and flexible! The pain that was there when I first arrived was nonexistent by the end of my session. I can't wait for my next appointment!

Very clean and peaceful quiet facility..... Dr Cook is very professional and very knowledgeable. He talked to me as a person, and pretty much told me what I've heard before; but it made sense when he said it. Looking forward to the upcoming visits. Thank you!

About Peninsula Pain and Rehabilitation Center

Dr. Michael Cook sees a person's health directly correlating with the condition of their nervous system. Following this logic, virtually every illness and ailment can be traced to the spinal cord, which transmits electric signals between the brain and the body's complex system of blinking traffic lights. Though skilled in such far-reaching, drug-free techniques such as acupuncture, Niacin Body Wrap and Gua Sha, Dr. Cook and his team primarily focus on chronic pain in the neck and lower back. Dr. Cook thoroughly examines spines to assuage soreness, hunting for herniated discs with hands and x-rays before nudging them into place with adjustments or taking pressure off with gentle, FDA-cleared lumbar decompression techniques. Dry hydrotherapy beds augment pain relief by massaging muscles from behind a waterproof barrier with a series of warm-water jets, which knead away tension and boost circulation as they rove over the back.
