Chef Russell is a patient and great teacher. It was totally hands on with simple direction. I felt comfortable and safe in the environment, in regards to Covid. It was just a friend and I and it was great, but I could imagine with a group of strangers when times are better it being an awesome party. If you read these THANK YOU CHEF!

Awesome experience! Due to covid we got a one on one session which was great! Very hands on learned a lot about preparing, cutting, cooking! Our sushi was 👌🏼

Chef Russell not only gave us an amazing experience making sushi but we also learned so much from him. He is a great teacher and with a fun personality. We will definitely go back again and try his other classes! 5 stars all the way. Thank you Chef!
