Their receptionist mixed up my appointment dates, which resulted in me being late to the appointment. I was expecting a consultation of some kind to go over the procedure and what to expect, but when I got there I was simply rushed into the room where the technician began the procedure without anyone explaining anything to me.
Would not go back. The whole experience was sub-par
