I did not care for the hidden fees that were not discussed upfront when making the appointment. I would not use the service again for that alone. The technician was nice but the business side left loads to be desired.

Absolutely terrible experience. The guy shows up and does measures and says price will be $700. I was like, are you crazy, for three bedrooms and a living room?! He then proceeds to keep changing prices saying he is adding discounts. I told him no thank you!! This isn’t my first time getting carpet cleaned and it doesn’t cost nearly this much. They must think I’m crazy. I DO NOT recommend.
