Good service

This has been the most unpleasant spa experience. I had to wait 1 hour to begin my session (Hydra facial) due to lack of available rooms. While getting my facial, staff rudely entered to chat with the manager, "Nuni", who did my facial. Spa room is in need of a better ambiance. Nuni was very pleasant. Would never return here.

First off, this was more like a regular facial compared to other hydrafacials I've had at other places. Secondly, the esthetician seemed very rushed. As a result, I got stuff in my eyes and mouth, not pleasant. Thirdly, it was freezing in the room. Even the light blanket didn't help much. Not a pleasant experience when you're freezing. That said, my face did tingle afterwards so something was done

Hydrofacial- so great & my skin is glowing tonight. Spa is very clean and the staff is friendly. One of the owners, Samantha, was welcoming and sweet. I did have a bit of a wait for my facial but it was worth it- they had squeezed me in last minute. Thanks! I will be back!!
