Why does Groupon sponsor you when you have NUMEROUS negative comments in reference to your customer service in relation to the use of Groupons? I was interested in your spa when I saw the reflexology ad, but after reading comment after comment of unhappy customers, I cannot believe Groupon would allow your company to work through them again. Now, it makes me wonder about the businesses Groupon selects.
