What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our degreed and certified strength coaches blend science & innovation to deliver a customized training program based on an individual functional movement screen test & fitness evaluation. It will include strength training, plyometric, core, balance & injury preventive protocols.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Coaches are on-hand and constantly providing positive feedback and encouragement. Each training program is unique and broken into 4 week training cycles. Each program focuses on the specific needs of the client while proving tangible, specific, attainable goals.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My passion for helping others & knowing that if I had someone with the proper knowledge & expertise to assist me during my prep & collegiate athletic years (rather than just herding me through a predetermined "canned" program), I would have attained better results with more success & fewer injuries.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping others attain their specific fitness and/or athletic goals through scientifically proven protocols of injury prevention and for long-term health and well-being.
