Raven Aultman helps small groups of approximately 10–15 students to build muscle and develop cardio stamina during outdoor boot camps. During intense sessions, she combines sports drills and resistance training to create a full body workout. She requires guests to bring their own free weights. Simultaneously, a three-day diet helps to liquidate fat layers and revamp eating habits.


Raven Aultman's personal fitness journey started at 253 pounds. Four years later and more than 100 pounds lighter, she's dedicated herself to helping others to reach their weight-loss goals with multifaceted boot camps and sound nutritional guidance. Knowing firsthand what it takes to sculpt a healthy body, Raven and her team of trainers are able to tailor their workouts to help clients to effectively slim down without the use of steamrollers and falling grand pianos. They draw from sports drills and resistance training to help groups to collectively trim and tone and customize individual regimens for one-on-one personal-training sessions.
