Personal Trainer Food's meal plans help clients slim down without confusion. The meal programs feature a large variety of menu items that don't contain starchy fillers or excess sugars. For entrees, participants enjoy tender meats, such as teriyaki chicken or meatballs and veggies including green beans and squash. Breakfasts, meanwhile, may consist of egg patties, maple sausage, and other staples heartier than most diet breakfasts, which typically feature water and pictures of bacon. After being cooked, meals are flash-frozen to preserve flavor and texture, and delivered to the client's doorstep.
