I like this food program, because you eat real food. I don't diet anymore, just watch my portions. My schedule is hectic and fast unhealthy food is everywhere. With this program I find myself taking 6 or 8 bags of vegetables with me and I eat them throughout the day. I will get a hamburger and some chips or something like that, but I notice, I'm losing weight every week. I've been losing at least 1 pound a week, sometimes 2. I'm really happy with my progress, in total, I've lost 49 pounds (51 to go) but I feel like I can do it painlessly and without starving. I eat all day long. Overall, I can say that I haven't given up any of my favorite foods, I eat barbecue, but only about 2 ounces in a meal, the rest is veggies. Chips, it takes me about a week to eat an individual size bag.

The western omelette with sausage is my favorite breakfast. For the meals, the breaded meats are tastier and maintain their moisture better than the seasoned but undressed chicken breasts, which can get dry. Teriyaki chicken was really good though.

Follow the plan! It really works! I was able to lose 5 lbs in 3 weeks. Starting weight 156, 5'3". Well, I felt that I could veer off the plan a bit and celebrate and that derailed my goals a bit. I was back addicted to carbs and sugars and didn't lose the 10 lbs I'd wanted. It works! Just commit to yourself and follow it.
