Personal Trainer Food's 28 day-regimens—composed of lunches, dinners, and breakfasts and snacks—help clients slim down without confusion or artificial ingredients. The meal programs use a variety of ingredients that don't contain processed fillers or sugar. For lunch and dinner, participants enjoy tender meats, such as teriyaki chicken or meatballs and veggies including green beans and squash. Breakfasts, meanwhile, may consist of egg patties, maple sausage, and other staples heartier than most diet breakfasts, which typically feature water and pictures of bacon. After being cooked, meals are flash-frozen to preserve flavor and texture, and delivered to the client's doorstep.
