Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

I have 2 dogs, how many dogs are allowed with each Groupon?

Bridget V.  asked on  Apr 10, 2012

A:

1 dog is allowed with each purchased Group-on. When booking you need to mention you have a Group-on for your first dog and we will extend a Special Rate for $25.00 for the 2nd dog. I hope this helps!!

Q:

Would this apply to a holiday weekend? Specifically, Labor Day weekend from Thursday - Monday.

Michelle M.  asked on  Apr 10, 2012

A:

Yes you can use it for the holiday weekend. No problem!! However, there is an additional "Holiday Fee" of $5 per night which is standard for all holidays and Boarding clients. It is also a first come first served basis. We presently have openings, you just need to first goto our website and click on the boarding tab and fill out the registration form. Once we get this we will email you a confirmation. Then you should be good to go.

A:

Also, I should mention that holidays are similar to hotels where its a "peak" time and you should call to ask which days incur the holiday fee as its typically the day and a few days surrounding it.

Chris  from  Merchant  replied on  Apr 10, 2012

A:

Absolutely!! However, this is a "peak" time and we do have a $5 Holiday Fee per day, per dog, surrounding this Holiday, along with the 4th of July and Memorial Day. Typically you can expect an additional $5 per day a few days before and after the "exact" holiday. I hope this helps!

More Questions and Answers

Q:

Does the "I want it all" package include daycare time with other dogs during the day? Also, is there any option for my dog to sleep with other dogs? i.e. not her own personal suite?

Laura M.  asked on  Apr 11, 2012

A:

The "I Want it All" Package does include playtime with the other dogs. If your dog has a play buddy or sibling and you would like them to sleep in the same kennel you are more than welcome to choose that option as well for no additional charge.

Q:

I see that you charge an additional fee for "jumbo" under your regular pricing scale. Would this be charged in addition to the groupon? Also, what size is the cut off for jumbo?

cara  asked on  Apr 11, 2012

A:

Since the Groupon is for the I Want It All Package it includes a suite upgrade. Jumbo breeds generally include any dog over 100 pounds. (edited for typo)

Q:

I read what a previous customer asked about the second dog being 25.00. To make sure I do this correctly, I buy only ONE Groupon and then when I make the reservation they will then just charge 25.00 for my second pet for the same package as well?

Clarissa B.  asked on  Apr 11, 2012

A:

That is correct. Buy ONE Groupon and when you arrive your second dog will be charged $25/night for the same package :)

Q:

I'm interested in the deal but my dog is 16. I'd like to use the groupon over Thanksgiving. If he dies before that, can I sell my groupon to someone else? Gloria

Gloria S.  asked on  Apr 11, 2012

A:

You are welcome to give your Groupon away as a gift.

Q:

Can I use it this weekend? Also, what if my dog is older and doesn't care to play with others?

Candace S.  asked on  Apr 10, 2012

A:

You can definitely use it this weekend! We are also very able to accommodate dogs that do not want to be in the larger play groups. We have 9 outdoor areas so can easily separate dogs into size and activity appropriate groups or if you choose to not have them in any group they will receive at least 3 hours of outdoor time each day in an area by themselves.

Q:

I have 3 small dogs that I board together... I see it would be $25 for a 2nd dog... How much for a 3rd? Do you offer discounts for dogs that are rescued? All 3 of mine are rescues. Thanks!! :)

Barbara F.  asked on  Apr 10, 2012

A:

The third dog would also be $25. Currently we do not offer any discounts for rescue dogs.

Is playtime in the pool available in the "I want it all" package?

Heidi B.  asked on  Apr 10, 2012

A:

The pool is actually a separate option we offer and cost $5/dog/day. To see great pictures of the pool check out our Facebook page, hardly any dog can refuse ;)

Q:

So, would that be $25 per day extra or just $25 flat for the second dog?

Bridget V.  asked on  Apr 10, 2012

A:

It would be $25 per dog extra per day. The "I Want It All Package" for 2 dogs is typically $100 per night, so you are still getting a great deal!!
