I left a previous review of one star but I'm changing it to 4 stars. The price was great but was having a hard time getting a response from the merchant. I w as given an invalid program but we ended up getting it resolved. He issued a new program and it seems to be working as it should. Don't order on a Friday evening because you will not get response unti Monday. Other wise he fulfilled his end of the deal.

This is why I distrust Groupon. They didn’t vet this merchant. Total scam!!! Then Groupon hides behind their 3 day return policy. Buyer beware.

SCAM . DO NOT BUY!. I purchased license for QuickBooks Desktop 2024 Premier for 2 users. The license stopped working after 20 days. I contacted QB and they said the license number is not valid and I should contact the store from where I got the license. I tried emailing these people. NO RESPONSE. It's a big SCAM. Do not fall for it. I don't understand how come they are still doing business on Groupon!!!

This is a SCAM. I reported this to Groupon 3 weeks ago. I cannot believe they have not removed this product and are allowing more members to be stolen from. Why is this a scam? 1.The seller sends you a link to their personal google drive for the software download 2. They tell you NOT TO REGISTER with Intuit but to use an activation code they provide 3. I purchased QuickBooks Pro Desktop 3 User, they provided 2 LICENSES, one for QB Desktop single user, and other for 5 User. No legitimate seller would provide 2x licenses!!!! 4. Seller website links to a company that sells trash cans 5. Sellers uses a generic email, not one from the sellers domain ***@pedal.com How much more proof do you need Groupon? I reported this to Groupon within 4 hours of purchasing and requested a refund on 3/13 and still have not received my money back!!!

Total bait and switch attempted. I ordered the 2023 Version of Quickbooks Desktop, but was sent link and codes for 2024 version. I did not want and could not use the 2024 version, but that is what seller tried to send me. I attempted several times to get the correct version, but seller tried to convince me to get the one I did not want. I made seller & groupon issue refund within 3 days of original purchase, but doubt I would have gotten anything back had I waited any longer. If seller cannot provide the item they are advertising, it should be removed and only items they can actually provide should be listed for sale. Groupons refund policy makes it up to seller to provide service or refund, Groupon takes no responsibility what so ever for sales, so be very careful with anything you order! I was about to do a credit card dispute for item not received as ordered if I had not gotten immediate refund, glad I did not have to go that route.
