About Petit Robert Bistro
Established in Boston over a decade ago, Petit Robert Bistro staff and kitchen combine to bring each guest an authentic French dining experience every day of the year. Chef Stefano Quaresima combines his experiences cooking in both France and Italy with natural products from New England and France to create innovative menus that change every three months to keep diners on their toes, with mainstays like the calf's liver and bacon, escargot, and soupe a l’oignon staking a permanent place. They even offer daily blackboard specials prepared by Chef Quaresima himself. Petit Robert Bistro is owned and managed by Loic Le Garrec, a native of Brittany and a veteran of other esteemed dining rooms in Boston and New York.
