The funny folks (pHunny pHolks?) over at pH Comedy Theater take the fine art of improv very seriously. So much so, in fact, that they've developed their own signature take on training for future performers. The educational wing of this Chicago comedy institution is called pHarm House, and auditions are required to be accepted into their rigorous classes. Luckily, though, tryouts are not mandatory to attend their shows. A veteran squad of trained comedy professionals leads the effort, as one musical and two general improv classes take the stage to show off their slick new skills.
