What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We produce unique media for events. Working in a national historic site, we are presenting a Who photo exhibit featuring never seen before images dating back to 1969 of one of rock and roll most famous icons in a photo timeline and share how the Chicago blues and rock and rock came together.
What is the experience customers can expect?
Get a guided tour of the Chess Records studio, see blues artifacts, learn the stories. Then view The Who photos. 72 frames from Chicago area photographers dating from 1969 to present. Hear the stories of the band, the photographers and the concerts where the photos where taken.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We love this music and endeavor to keep the legacy alive including Chicago's role in shaping blues and rock music through the 2nd half of the 20th century. The home of Willie Dixon Blues Heaven Foundation is located at the former Chess Records Studio, a national Historic site.
What do you love most about your job?
Producing events where Chuck Berry, Buddy Guy, Muddy Waters, Willie Dixon, The Yardbirds and The Rolling Stones, Aretha Franklin, Koko Taylor and many more recorded. We love sharing this history. We tell stories that bring images and artifacts to life.
