Kyle was professional, thorough, pleasant, and did his work within the time frame he scheduled. My carpets had not been cleaned in over 15 years and I'm so pleased with how they turned out. He was not pushy at all about considering upgrading to a deeper cleaning based on the stains I had, and I'm really glad that I did decide to spend a little extra to get the carpets this clean! Will use again.
