Phoenix Fitness and Performance
At Phoenix Fitness and Performance, visitors swap the usual gym trappings, such as treadmills and ellipticals, for energetic, martial-arts-inspired fitness classes. Both the kickboxing program and Cross-Train fitness boot camp ( now known as Bad Ass Boot Camp ) help to boost cardiovascular health and tone muscles, as well as burn calories more effectively than setting all the cookies in your house on fire. During the challenge we will start with a baseline. Weight, body fat percentage, Body Mass Index, and body measurements optional. Also, nutrition guidelines made available. 60 days later do it again for results.
