Franky was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He fixed my daughters iPhone 11 pro screen & he also found out why her phone was running hot. He went out of his way to accommodate me by putting his lunch to the side because I didn't have the time to come back in an hour for him to finish his lunch, which he didn't have to do. I would recommend this company & I will return in the future
