This review is based only on the customer service. Phone was fixed just fine. The business told me to get a refund when i came in, and buy directly from them and I was VERY upset about this. I really do not appreciate business that use Groupon as advertisement and use the back door to try to get customers to get refunds from Groupon and buy direct. I will NEVER come here again.

I had my screen repaired on Friday. I paid $70 for an iPhone 6s Plus screen. The screen broke without me dropping it or causing an damage within 24 hours. I took it back in and they said I would have to pay another $45 to have it replaced again. Totaling $115 for a screen on a phone that's not even worth $100. Would NOT recommend.

I called on Saturday to make an appointment for Monday but I was told I don’t need to make an appointment to just walk in. And it wi be quick. Also I mentioned to him about my groupon deal as well and he never said anything about extra $15 if I want my phone quick. So when I got there 9am on Monday, he tells me if I don’t pay the extra $ it’s gonna be ready the of the day.
