Q:

Thank you for your answer on my question below. But let's say the tax rate is 10% is it going to be 10% off of $900 (Value of 2 courses) or 10% off of $59 (Value of the groupon) ?

Ralph R.  asked on  Dec 14, 2012

A:

I'm sorry for the delay in answering your question! It would be based on the full value of the offer ($900).

Q:

Hello, I am interested in the 2 class deal for $59. I went to the company's website and realized they have an HST added to the bill. So my question is: is the HST calculated as a percentage of the $900 value of the two courses or as a $59 value? I tried to call and email the company but I got no relpy regarding this question. I would appreciate if you could reply before the end of this deal so I can make my purchase. Thank you,

Ralph R.  asked on  Dec 14, 2012

A:

I apologize for any inconvenience. Taxes are not included with the cost of Groupons. Thank you for your patience.

A:

What I meant by my question is Let's say that the HST tax is 10% is that calculated as a percentage of the $900 value of the 2 courses or is that calculated as a percentage out of the $59 value for the Groupon. I know that the $59 does not include the tax. Thank you,

If I purchase two classes, do I have to start both immediately, or can I take one course at a time?

The two courses do not have to be completed at the same time. All training material is accessible for one year, and is available only when logged into the E-Portal on their website.

Q:

I read we get a trial version of the software that will be used, such as Photoshop. But do we have to buy it to actually participate in, and complete, the course? And what if I already have it? Will the required version be different? I am concerned that there not be any additional expense in order to actually make use of this offer I would pay $39.00 for.

Elizabeth R.  asked on  Dec 12, 2012

A:

The courses can be completed at your own pace and the modules are accessible for a year from the date of registration. There is no set time to be online, and you can complete the course at the convenience of your own schedule. The trial version is valid for 30 days, and is fully functional. If you intend on taking longer then 30 days to complete the course, you would need to secure the software independently after this period.

Q:

I am interested in purchasing the four course set. Can you sign up for Adobe Lightroom instead of Adobe Flash?

Jana K.  asked on  Dec 12, 2012

A:

No, sorry. The Groupon is only good for the value and services offered and cannot be altered or substituted in anyway.
