Q:

If the software only has a 30 day trial period, how does one continue with the course beyond that time? Do you offer any discounts on the purchase of required software or any other means of accessing it beyond the 30 day trial?

Cathy O.  asked on  Dec 14, 2012

A:

Very sorry for the delay. The trial version is valid for 30 days, and is fully functional. If you intend on taking longer then 30 days to complete the course, you would need to secure the software independently after this period.

Q:

Can this be done on your own time frame? Can it be done from multiple computers?

Kathleen J.  asked on  Dec 11, 2012

A:

All their courses are strictly online and there is no in-class attendance required. They can be completed at your own pace and the modules are accessible for a year from the date of registration. There is no set time to be online, and you can complete the course at the convenience of your own schedule.

Q:

Is there a time limit when the classes have to be completed? Also, do you have to log in a certain amount of hours per week to complete the course (as you would need to do if you were taking this online in college)?

Delores H.  asked on  Dec 12, 2012

A:

The courses are 14 hours of instruction time. However, you have unlimited access to all modules for one year and they can be played as many times as you like.
