Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

This says full-trial version. So this isn't the full class?

Ashley L.  asked on  Dec 13, 2012

A:

Sorry for any confusion, Ashley. While the purchase of the Groupon allows you access to the full course, the included software for your course is a 30 day-free trial. While you'll have the option, you are not required to purchase the software.

Q:

Hi! I had a question about downloading the software. If I've already downloaded the trial version of Flash (last year) and it's expired, will I be able to take this online class? Will I be able to use the trial version again? Please let me know! Thanks!

Courtney W.  asked on  Dec 14, 2012

A:

Hey Courtney. Each course will include a free 30-day trial of its respective program with the purchase of your Groupon.

Q:

The digital and photo shop class look interesting. I have never taken an online class before and these look very hands- on. I have an Olympus FE-170 camera, 6.0 megapixal. I like photos, but my years of experience have not shown much in the way of progress. In-door shots are often dark and grainy. Using this type camera, would these courses help produce quality prints?

Pam B.  asked on  Dec 13, 2012

A:

Thanks for your interest, Pam. You'd be able to enjoy this class with either a DSLR camera or a point-and-shoot digital camera.
