Q:

I'm interested in the $ 79 deal. Are the software full version and when I'm done with the course will the software be mine to keep or do they have an expiration?

Rosemary N.  asked on  Dec 14, 2012

A:

The software is a full trial version. The trial version is valid for 30 days, and is fully functional. If you intend on taking longer then 30 days to complete the course, you would need to secure the software independently after this period.

Would the Olympus SZ-11 14MP Digital Camera work for the course? or any camera?

Diana G.  asked on  Dec 14, 2012

The camera best suited for this course is either a DSLR or Point-Shoot Camera with manual controls (Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority, Manual and Program Mode). These settings give you the ability to control your exposures.

Are there three separate photoshop courses--beginning, intermediate, and advanced? Or is there only one course that contains all levels? Is online access to materials begin the day we start the course or the day we buy the package? Thanks. George

There is only one course that contains all levels. The access begins the day you redeem your Groupon on their site.

Q:

Does this class go at your own pace or do the students all have to complete "homework" at a set pace? Can a busy person still take this class?

Mary F.  asked on  Dec 12, 2012

A:

Hello, Thank you for your interest in our courses. Yes all the courses are self paced and can be taken at the convenience of your own schedule. Students have unlimited access to course material for one year. The assignments can be submitted at any time before this one year expiration. This is plenty of time for even someone with a busy schedule to complete the course . Hope this helps. Q:

I'm interested in a class for Photoshop Elements 10 only. Is that possible?

Kent F.  asked on  Dec 11, 2012

A:

Hello, Thank you for your interest in our courses. Photoshop Elements is somewhat limited in functionality when compared to the CS versions. We would suggest downloading the appropriate software (Adobe Photoshop CS 6 Extended), and using it for the course. This can be done for free here: http://www.photoartstudio.ca/resources.php You can then transfer your skills over to a more simplistic software such as Elements. The interface is nearly identical. However Elements lacks certain functions that are available on CS. Hope this helps. Warm Regards, [Support] Photo Art Studio E: info@photoartstudio.ca W: http://www.photoartstudio.ca
