Hi I would like to purchase this deal. I want to take the digital photography course and photoshop course. I also want to take Lightroom. I see all three of those options in the info on the page describing the deal under the company's info of courses. But, under the price and description of the offer, the Lightroom course is not listed. Can I take these three?

The camera best suited for this course is either a DSLR or Point-Shoot Camera with manual controls (Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority, Manual and Program Mode) as these settings give you the ability to control your exposures.

It includes a trial software, what happens after the class is over. Do you have to buy software or something else?

The trial versions of the software are valid for 30 days and it's fully functional. If you intend on taking longer then 30 days to complete the course, you would need to secure the software independently after this period.
