Q:

How do your services compare to Lynda.com? What is this certification really worth, How official is it? Because you are based in Canada how does said certification work for someone like me from the US?

Jeremy E.  asked on  Feb 23, 2013

A:

I am sorry but I am not familiar with Lynda.com. However you can read more about the classes here.

For certification information, please click here.

There are several certification options available for students who complete the course. They offer a certification directly through their institute. In addition, students can opt to complete the ACA (Adobe Certified Associate) and ACE (Adobe Certified Expert) certifications. For more information on each certification, please email Photo Art Studio at info@photoartstudio.ca.

Q:

What software does the student need to have to do the work in this course?

Tom S.  asked on  Feb 15, 2013

A:

The type of software you need depends on which course you would like to take. 30 day trial versions are available with the courses.

Allison J.  from  Self  replied on  Feb 16, 2013

Q:

So we only get trials of the software, correct? How do the trials work? It says "full trials" so I am assuming there are no usage limitations? And we would be able to use these trials for the full extent of the courses?

Heather L.  asked on  Feb 16, 2013

A:

The trial version is valid for 30 days, and is fully functional. If you intend on taking longer then 30 days to complete the course, you would need to secure the software independently after this period.
